Mock Battle

Our Battle of the Books team was invited to a mock competition at WH Robinson's Barnes & Noble School Spirit Night.  Both teams did a great job, but Creekside emerged the winner with a final score from three rounds of 43 to 40!  We look forward to meeting them in the actual competition in April!

The Best Part of Me

Students in Ms. James' class read the book The Best Part of Me then created their own writings about their favorite parts of themselves.  Students planned their writing using Thinking Maps, wrote about their amazing bodies, and took photos of their best parts.

Excelling in Exceptional Ways

Mrs. Wiggins' and Mrs. Vernon's students have been studying a wide variety of topics including story mapping, sequencing, and graphing.
