PTA Update

Thank you to everyone who participated in McTeacher's Night on November 6! Here are some upcoming PTA-sponsored events that we hope you can attend!

Soldier Pop Art

Mrs. Ruddock's 5th grade students used grid patterns to collaboratively create pop art of a soldier in honor of Veterans Day.  Each student colored a piece of the grid, and then the class worked together to organize the sections into a picture.

Multiple Ways to Multiply

Mrs. Bliven's students learned a variety of strategies for understanding multiplication.

Bats & Birds

Kindergartners used Double Bubble Thinking Maps to compare and contrast bats and birds.  They are also practicing sight words, creating fall art, learning to create graphs with tally marks, and decorating for fall with apples, owls, and scarecrows.

PreK Progress

Mrs. Wright's Rockets have been learning about letters, shapes, and nocturnal animals.

Awesome Art

Mrs. Malpass' art students in all grades created beautiful artwork to grace the halls of our school!  Wow!
